The Wrightstown Farmers Market is pleased to announce the opening of its Winter Market season on Saturday, December 13th, returning to the outdoor campus of Bucks County Community College in Newtown, PA. The market will operate on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from December through April, from 10 AM–12 PM. Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The Winter Market offers shoppers a spacious, easy-to-navigate outdoor setting with ample parking - an ideal place to discover fresh foods, holiday gifts, and locally made products throughout the winter months. With up to 35 vendors each week, including regional farmers, food producers, and artisan makers, the market showcases a diverse array of offerings such as freshly harvested winter produce, hormone- and antibiotic-free meats and dairy, pasture-raised eggs, artisan cheeses, sourdough bread, baked goods and sweets, homemade pies, raw local honey, pickles, handcrafted soaps, fresh teas, all-natural pet products, locally roasted coffee, Bone broth, kombucha, prepared foods and so much more.
“We are excited to kick off another outdoor winter season,” said Cheryl Gilmore, Market Manager. “Our farmers and producers work year-round to bring the community nutritious, locally grown and crafted foods. Supporting them not only strengthens our local food system this winter, it nurtures the relationships that make this market so special. We are grateful to Bucks County Community College for welcoming us back as a community partner and helping us provide a vibrant, meaningful shopping experience for the holiday season and the months ahead.”
