Each year the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (VIA) work diligently with area designers and decorators to present a room-by-room makeover. Landscapers work on exterior porches, outbuilding, paths, patios and swimming pool and pond areas.
This year the team worked together on an amazing 14-acre 5,000 square foot historic farmhouse property for this year’s Bucks County Designer House. Hidden Trail Farm in Ivyland, Pennsylvania features the main farmhouse with 3 fireplaces, 6 bedrooms, and numerous gathering and entertaining areas, including a unique bar. The property also features a barn/kennel and chalet pool house which has an additional three bedrooms, plus a sauna and spa room. The newly renovated pool and patio areas includes a large screened-in gazebo and a koi pond with a waterfall. There is a large barn which features boutiques and a café.
Spend the day there viewing each unique room, talking to designers, eating at the café, shopping in the boutiques and enjoying the outside areas.
