Pennypacker Mills
Guided Tours: documented historic site where you can see what it was like to live in the early 1900s. With a unique original collection, the mansion is fully furnished with antiques collected and documented by former Pennsylvania Governor Samuel W. Pennypacker reflecting his interests in early Pennsylvania history, German and Dutch settlers, native Americans, the Revolutionary War and the Civil War. Visitors are now able to see the "modern," i.e. 1900s, kitchen, indoor laundry, Cook's bedroom and Work Room and see how technology changed the lives of everyone who lived and worked here 120 years ago.
