Doylestown Art Festival
Doylestown Arts Festival organizers are putting out a Call-to-Action for interested artists to submit an application before the MAY 7, 2022, deadline. After a successful return in 2021, the event will again return to the historic streets of Doylestown on September10th and 11th from 10 am to 5 pm daily. This juried art festival featuring unique and one-of-a-kind works of art, brings an audience of buyers and collectors, to the ever-changing outdoor marketplace that takes over downtown Doylestown. The application can be found here.
Doylestown Arts Festival has supported local and regional artists and performers for over 30 years. It is free to the public and designed for all ages to enjoy. Efforts are being made to accommodate best practices regarding health concerns for participants and attendees, including additional spacing to allow for social distancing and handwashing/sanitizing stations.
Home to over 8,000 residents as well as the James A. Michener Art Museum, the Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle, the TileWorks, the County Theater, and a robust array of galleries, restaurants, and locally owned shops and boutiques, Doylestown is nationally recognized as a destination town. The Doylestown Arts Festival is made possible by a small volunteer committee of Discover Doylestown and is presented by the Thompson Organization.
