Thrive
Getting stressed is inevitable...staying stressed is not! As Nobel Laureate Sir John Eckles discovered, stress underlies every major health condition and resigns humans to using only two percent of their brain—not a lot at all!
But the demands of modern living need not consign us to worry and fear. Through meditation we grow capacious and capable as we systematically relinquish accumulated stress so to allow joy, bliss and creativity to bloom instead.
Unencumbered by stress, we gain resilience and myriad physical benefits including: lowered blood pressure, increased energy, better sleep and relief from migraines, asthma and more. Full list of benefits and peer-reviewed studies available upon request.
The only constant of nature is change: we can either gracefully evolve with nature or ever fight it. In four sessions, become a self-sufficient meditator who can take the world lightly to see how easy it can become.
