Benjamin de Lannée founded Bucks County Painters in 2018. Within four years Benjamin has established a prominent name for himself in the Custom Residential Painting industry. He is the son of two artists with degrees from University of the Arts. His father, a native Parisian, holds a Master’s in Art Education and helped develop his savoir-faire and unique character. Benjamin developed a portfolio of his work and was accepted to CAPA, the school for the Creative and Performing Arts. While studying in the visual arts program he developed an eye for aesthetic beauty like his mother who has a great appreciation for the arts and works at Main Street Gallery in Quakertown.
At age 16 he began working in the home remodeling business. For two decades Benjamin was trained in all phases of Building and Remodeling. Within this time he realized how to combine his artistic talent with his attention to detail. After seven years of specializing in Painting and Finishing he decided to make this his main focus and created Bucks County Painters. What sets Bucks County Painters apart from other companies is the communication and trust we build with each and every customer. In today's rushed society we take the time to get to know our customers and realize their goal so their experience feels personal and thought out. I have been told, “We have waited years to find someone like you”. When you contact Bucks County Painters you will be in direct contact with owner Benjamin who will personally come out and provide a paint consultation. “My greatest satisfaction is when someone recognizes the value of my process”.
Working meticulously with journeyman Peter Sierra, there is devotion in their workmanship from the beginning to the end of a project. Within the last four years Pete has proven his commitment and understanding of what the company stands for. He has become an asset to the company and is a great team player. We only commit ourselves to one job at a time, and stay until the optimal outcome is achieved. “I have a passion to run the best quality business, that is worth waiting for”. “I stay informed of the latest trends in the industry and use the finest paint and materials”.
After interviewing many other painting companies, Ben was chosen by the management team run by Robert Dandi of RE/MAX Central for the restoration of “Lewis Summers Farm''. Owned by Peter Kang of New York, this historical home and farm is in Ottsville, Tinicum Township. The farmhouse was built about 1830 and is a vernacular German Colonial stone dwelling. A stone addition was built in 1866. The main section is 2 ½ stories, four bays wide. The front facade features a hipped roof portico. Also on the property are a variety of contributing farm related outbuildings and structures. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. The stone dwelling on this property and additional structures were painted to stay true to the original concept, while adding a splash of vitality.
