Interactive Railroad
TrainPops Attic, that everything you could ever want or need for model railroading store in Bristol, has an interactive train room. Here the scenery changes every season and the trains are the envy of any model RR enthusiast. But there is more. Even though the master control is from a small room above the set-up, for the small fee of $5 for adults and $2 for children visitors can help operate some of the features found inside the scaled areas that the trains pass. While shop owner Brian Adams or his mother Cynthia Adams operates the trains, controls in the form of buttons are available to operate things like a tire swing, hot air balloon, trolley and much more. It is fun and it is engaging. Not only that, but when you do pay a fee to go into the interactive room you are helping various charities that get a percentage of the proceeds. Charities helped include the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Gilda’s Club, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and other worthy organizations. TrainPops Attic is located on 315 Mill St, Bristol, PA 19007. For more information about this interesting hobby store, call 215-788-204 or visit www.trainpops.com.
