Forbes Riley
By Vicky Waite
When the SpinGym first arrived at my door a few years ago, I didn’t think that such a compact item would give me such good results. Well I was wrong. It actually toned up muscles I never even knew existed. I was very pleased. So, I want to share my experience. The SpinGym is an ultra portable upper body workout device with a pull of up to 20 lbs. It’s creator, Forbes Riley, now attractive and petite. Forbes Riley was once a chubby kid growing up and worked as an actress and tv host in Hollywood who constantly had a severe "battle of the bulge".
Having won that war in part due to her SpinGym, she was recently inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame. Most recognized from co-hosting with Jack Lalanne on his Power Juicer infomercial and Montel Williams with their wildly popular HealthMaster Blender, Forbes is an advocate for health & fitness working as a speaker, author and seen frequently on HSN with her own line of innovative products.
The SpinGym is small enough to fit in your purse yet powerful enough to tone your arms, chest, shoulders and back. And yes—powerful it is! This handy device uses two rings connected by a strength cord that moves in a circular motion back and forth when pulled, and this gives you a great upper body workout. The harder and faster you pull the weight, the more resistance you get during the workout. While the SpinGym mainly helps to tone and sculpt your arms, it also tightens the shoulders, back and chest. And wow! It really does work out the chest area. I mean heck, it didn’t take much for my husband to notice those pectoral muscles!
The SpinGym, based on the ancient Chinese toy, takes the powerful force and interia and makes this workout seriously effective. You can take the SpinGym anywhere! The SpinGym is so compact, lightweight and portable that it fits right in your purse. The DVD system of Cardio, Abs and just working out at your desk for 5 minutes, makes SpinGym one of the most versatile products out there. I like how it tones and targets all of your small muscles without adding bulk, so you still can look feminine, sexy and slim. It seems to be popping up on sets such as Twilight, Dancing with the Stars, You think You Can Dance, and Desperate Housewives.
The SpinGym is being used as an adjunct to activities ranging from pilates to physical therapy clinics to kickboxing. I would say for sure, the SpinGym is going to be around for a very long time! Visit Forbes at www.BuySpinGym.com.
