Addison Wolfe
Art Mazzei was a teacher before he went into real estate. He’s now been in the real estate business as an agent for 26 years. Seven years ago he opened up Addison Wolfe Real estate that now has the motto, “A boutique real estate firm with global connections.” And considering that Addison Wolfe has a reputation for very high-end real estate and that they cover such a large area, the motto fits, but Art assures, “We do have our share of high end houses but that isn’t all we have.” Addison Wolfe closes on properties of any value. Yet they are noted for some of the best estates in the area and for “unusual” things like converted barns and church buildings that were turned into homes.
Art, who got his real estate license, after a long fruitful career as an English teacher never got his broker’s license. “Because I taught for so many years, I like being with people. What I did not want to do is sit behind a desk and hold office meetings and do all of the work that is involved with running an office.” For Art real estate sales is exciting and challenging. “Things change fast. You can lose a listing in the morning and then just when you think it was a bad day, several offers will come in.”
The scope of Addison Wolfe is from Bensalem to the Poconos and lately even Center City. Art himself sells homes from Newtown to Springtown. There are 42 agents at Addison Wolfe ready to help with the high-end estates they are known for and the specialty properties, but also the medium properties and the smaller ones too. Addison Wolfe Real Estate is located at 550 Union Square Dr., New Hope, PA. To talk to Art or any of their 42 agents, call 215-862-5500. You can also visit Addison Wolfe at www.addisonwolfe.com.
