Located in the heart of historic New Hope, the American small-plate restaurant resides in the newly renovated Ghost Light Inn on the New Hope Waterfront, next to the iconic Bucks County Playhouse. A destination restaurant in the community where Chef Garces has maintained a weekend retreat fulfills a long-held vision.
The expansion into Bucks County with the opening of Stella is a milestone in the continued success of the Ballard partnership with Garces Restaurants and Garces Events. The group is excited to welcome weekend travelers from the entire Mid-Atlantic region and introduce exciting menus and flavors from Chef Garces while continuing to deliver their hallmark level of hospitality and culinary excellence.

The restaurant offers a beautiful event space for private events, weddings and gatherings along with an outdoor patio displaying sweeping views of the Riverfront.
