The Foot & Ankle Center of Philadelphia has opened a podiatry practice inside Lower Bucks Hospital Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center in response to increasing demand for podiatry services in the area. The practice will be directed by Dr. Steven F. Boc, DPM, one of an elite few podiatrists in Pennsylvania who is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and board certified in podiatric surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Boc has a special interest in foot and ankle surgical reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, pediatric foot and ankle deformities, and diabetic education to prevent limb loss.
“My goal is to provide our community with the highest levels of care,” Dr. Boc said. “I love educating my patients and working with them to develop a personalized plan to resolve their issues as quickly as possible. I believe we can bring big city medicine to the Bucks County community through our training, experience and compassionate care.”
Dr. Boc received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is the on-site residency director for the podiatric residency training program affiliated with Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA.
