Shot of a young pregnant woman exercising at home
Expectant, new mothers, and women thinking about getting pregnant are invited by the five women team of doctors and practitioners at Doylestown Women’s Health Center to join the Stork Club, a one-stop hub for all the information you’ll need for proper pregnancy care and management. It includes things you may want to know about preparing for appointments, understanding what to expect through pregnancy, and more. The exercise program of the Stork Club is the first in a series of happenings within the club through a new and exciting partnership between Doylestown Women’s Health Center and the Central Bucks Family YMCA. Exercise before, during and after pregnancy offers so many advantages to the mom-to-be, from helping with fatigue, stress-reduction, alleviating aches and pains, balancing those “cravings,” reducing pregnancy complications like gestational diabetes, and preparing oneself for a uniquely challenging physical event at the end of nine months. Join our doctor recommended exercise program with a free three-month adult membership to the Central Bucks Family YMCA Stork Club now through January 1, 2018. Call 215-340-2229 or stop by our office at 708 Shady Retreat Road, Suite 7, and ask one of our associates for your complimentary membership coupon and present it when registering for classes. A complete list of classes recommended by our doctors can be seen at www.doylestownwomenshealth.com or www.cbfymca.org. Click on Stork Club for more information.
